Don Berman, Unit Recorder reported that there are two pending incidents. Don said that Barbara Summers has talked to the two women involved with the June confrontation. This issue has gone on too long and must be pursued immediately. Don Berman referred the incident to Dick Wegman, Chairman of Conduct and Ethics
